Omar Molina Martínez, originally from Veracruz, is the second of three siblings. He began his musical training in 2021 at the age of 20 at the Municipal School of Fine Arts in the port of Veracruz, with the support of his parents, José Alfredo Molina Pérez and Cruz María Martínez Hernández.
Later, he started his training as a singer, and in 2023, he met his current teacher and friend, Rogelio Riojas-Nolasco, who invited him to participate in Operísima México in the city of San Miguel de Allende. This represented a challenge in his life, as it was a new chapter that required distancing himself from his social and family circle, as well as pursuing goals outside of lyrical singing. However, by the end of 2023, he began his studies with Maestro Rogelio Riojas-Nolasco and has continued working with him to the present day.
One of Omar's goals in this new professional phase is to become one of the most important baritones in Mexico, preparing leading roles at a very young age in order to audition for major international opera organizations.
