Originally from Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico, Daniel began his musical studies at a young age alongside his siblings, as his mother, a pianist and choral director, instilled a love for music in them from early on.
At the age of 8, he joined the "Fundación Álica" School of Music as a double bass player, but it wasn't until he was 20 that he entered the world of opera as a solo singer. He became fascinated by the ability to embody different characters and interact with a variety of personalities, feelings, and emotions.
He started studying with pianist and conductor Rogelio Riojas-Nolasco, thanks to his brother, who had previously worked with Maestro Rogelio. As he began to explore the world of opera, the maestro listened to him and offered him a scholarship, fully integrating him into the opera scene, where he developed a great love for lyrical singing and everything it entails. Being part of Operísima México brings him immense joy, as its members remain active performing complete opera roles, arias, and a wide repertoire.
Daniel's greatest challenge is mastering the main languages needed in opera. His goals are to be ready to take the next step toward different continents—a goal he is sure to achieve with the guidance of Maestro Rogelio Riojas-Nolasco and Operísima México.
Step into a world of wonder and enchantment with this captivating production of Operísima Mexíco. Featuring a talented cast, beautiful sets, and breathtaking music, this is a performance you won't want to miss!
